OUR SERVICES IN ETOBICOKE

Airport Transfers to and from Pearson (YYZ)

Door-to-door pickup anywhere in Etobicoke, entering the airport on Highway 409 for Terminal 1 or on Dixon Road from Rexdale. Flight tracking is built in, so the pickup time follows the airline’s live data instead of the time you typed three weeks ago.

Corporate and Business Executive Transfers

Fixed-rate runs from the Islington and Bloor office towers and the Dixon Road conference hotels, timed to the closing session rather than the hotel checkout. Invoicing is available for expense reports.

Meet and Greet Service

A chauffeur waits inside Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 arrivals with a name sign, takes the luggage and walks you to the vehicle. Booked as an option — useful for elderly travellers arriving alone and for parents landing at Terminal 3 with sleeping children.

Family and Group Travel

SUVs and sprinter vans for Long Branch and Alderwood families flying at 5 a.m., with infant, toddler or booster seats fitted before the car arrives. Larger vehicles carry groups travelling to the same flight in one vehicle instead of three.

Hotel-to-Airport Transfers

Lobby pickups from the Dixon Road airport hotel strip, which sits inside Etobicoke and is one of the shortest runs to either terminal. A 4 a.m. overnight-layover departure is routine here, at the same flat rate as a residential pickup.

MOST-BOOKED ROUTES FROM ETOBICOKE

The seven runs Etobicoke books most. Highways and routings are real; distances, times and rates stay marked until the operator confirms them.

What it costs

ETOBICOKE TO PEARSON FLAT RATES

Etobicoke to Pearson starts from CONFIRM $XX for a sedan, plus 13% HST. The number moves for four reasons and no others: the vehicle you pick, the terminal and time of day, extra stops, and waiting beyond the free airport window. Snow, rush hour on the 427, a 3 a.m. departure and a holiday weekend do not move it — that is the difference between a flat rate and a metered or surge fare.

A standard Etobicoke-to-Pearson run does not touch the 407 ETR. Parking and toll treatment inside the rate: CONFIRM. Gratuity: CONFIRM. Every quote is confirmed in writing before a car is dispatched.

LOCAL KNOWLEDGE

Highway 427 is the whole story, and it is not always the fast option. The 427 northbound backs up between the QEW and Highway 401 on weekday mornings, roughly [CONFIRM: peak window], which is the exact window a 9 a.m. flight sits in. From south Etobicoke the driver’s real decision is the 427 versus Islington Avenue or Kipling Avenue on the surface — on a trip this short, a wrong call costs minutes and there is no motorway left to recover them.

The 407 ETR barely applies here, and that saves you money. The 407 corridor runs well north of Etobicoke, so almost no Etobicoke-to-Pearson trip needs it. Where a booking does route onto the 407, the toll policy is [CONFIRM: included / billed at cost / avoided].

Winter closes the gap between short trips and long ones. Snow on the 427/401 interchange and on the airport approach slows everything, and a run that normally takes minutes can take three times that. For January and February departures the pickup is set earlier automatically rather than at your request.

Being close cuts both ways. Etobicoke’s proximity tempts people to book a 5:40 a.m. pickup for an 8 a.m. flight. Pearson’s check-in and security queues, not the drive up the 427, are what make people miss flights from this side of the city.

WHY TRUST YYZ AIRPORT TAXI LIMO

03Professional, Multilingual Chauffeurs

Drivers are trained professionals, multilingual, and focused on safe, courteous service from pickup to drop-off.

04Fleet Built for Every Trip

The fleet includes sedans, SUVs, sprinter vans, and stretch limos, matching different group sizes and luggage needs, from solo travelers to large groups.

05Real-Time Flight Tracking

Every booking includes real-time flight tracking, so pickup times automatically adjust for early arrivals or delays.

06Complimentary Waiting Time

Free waiting time is included for airport pickups, giving passengers time to collect luggage without extra charges.

WHY CUSTOMERS
CHOOSE THIS SERVICE

Etobicoke travellers pick a dedicated airport car service over a rideshare, a metered taxi or transit for three practical reasons: the price is agreed before the car moves, the vehicle is confirmed rather than hoped for, and nobody walks a suitcase to a bus bay in February. A flat rate means surge pricing during storms, rush hour on the 427 or a holiday weekend simply does not apply.

The honest limit: if you are one person with one bag and you live near Kipling, Islington or Royal York, the TTC’s 900 Airport Rocket runs from Kipling Station to Pearson for a single TTC fare and will cost less than any private car. Book us when there are two or more of you, when there is real luggage, when the flight leaves before the subway opens, or when it is snowing on the 427. Note that UP Express has no Etobicoke station — its stops are Union, Bloor, Weston and Pearson.

West Humber–Clairville

Islington–City Centre West
the Bloor and Islington office towers; corporate pickups are weekday-morning and share Highway 427 with commuter traffic.
The Kingsway
narrow residential streets off Bloor West — a sedan works anywhere, a stretch limo needs a straight run and a driveway.
Mimico
the Lake Shore condo strip; pickups run north on Royal York before joining the Gardiner or the 427.
Humber Bay Shores
high-rise towers at Park Lawn and Lake Shore, where the building’s designated pickup entrance decides where the car waits, not the street address.
New Toronto and Long Branch
Lake Shore Boulevard West housing and Humber College’s Lakeshore Campus — the longest leg to Pearson in Etobicoke, taken by Browns Line and the 427.
Alderwood
quiet residential south of the QEW, close to the Browns Line ramp.
The Queensway and Stonegate
Sherway-side apartments and the Queensway Health Centre corridor, with direct 427 access.
Markland Wood and Eatonville
west Etobicoke residential next to Centennial Park, minutes from the 427 at Burnhamthorpe.
Rexdale and Thistletown
north Etobicoke, closest of all to the airport; Woodbine and Etobicoke General sit in this pocket.
Richview and Humber Valley Village
between Eglinton and Dixon, feeding the 401/427 interchange.
West Humber–Clairville
the industrial and warehouse belt east of the airport fence, common for crew and contractor pickups.
Dixon Road hotel strip
the Etobicoke-side airport hotels used for overnight layovers and pre-dawn departures.

Where we do not go. We do not sell single seats on a shared shuttle — every booking is a private vehicle for your party only. We also do not take unbooked street hails; the flat rate exists because the trip is priced and confirmed before the car is dispatched. If you need a metered pickup on the spot, a City of Toronto licensed taxi is the right call, not us.

Airports we reach

TERMINALS AND AIRPORTS FROM ETOBICOKE

Pearson Terminal 1

Etobicoke enters the airport from Highway 427 onto Highway 409, or from Highway 27 and Dixon Road for Rexdale pickups. Departures drop curbside on the departures level; arrivals are collected from the designated commercial vehicle area at [CONFIRM: exact T1 pickup point].

Pearson Terminal 3

The same 427 approach, a different exit inside the airport loop. Terminal 3 handles most non-Star Alliance and charter traffic, so a family flying south over March Break is usually a Terminal 3 job rather than a Terminal 1 one. Arrivals meeting point: [CONFIRM].

Billy Bishop (YTZ)

East along the Gardiner or Lake Shore Boulevard to the Bathurst Street ferry terminal. For Mimico and Humber Bay riders this is often a shorter run than Pearson. Drop-off point: [CONFIRM].

Hamilton (YHM) and Buffalo (BUF)

Both served from Etobicoke on the QEW. Buffalo runs cross the border and need a passport for every passenger — document rules and border-wait honesty are set out on the Buffalo airport taxi page. Rates: [CONFIRM: $].

Meet and Greet

A chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name sign, takes the luggage and walks you to the vehicle. Booked as an option, not applied automatically. Free waiting time runs while you clear baggage.

Pickup points

ETOBICOKE LANDMARKS AND VENUES WE RUN TO

Sherway Gardens

The QEW-and-427 mall. Pickups are taken from the designated passenger entrance rather than the ring road, which is one-way and slow at weekends.

Woodbine and Casino Woodbine

Rexdale, a few minutes from the airport on Highway 27. Late-night departures after a race card or a show are a standing booking here.

Etobicoke General Hospital

The Finch and Highway 27 site. Discharge pickups use the patient entrance, not emergency.

Queensway Health Centre

Trillium Health Partners, on The Queensway beside the 427. Used for appointment runs as well as airport work.

Humber College Lakeshore

Lake Shore West at Kipling. The September and April student runs to Pearson are luggage-heavy, so an SUV beats a sedan.

Kipling Station

The TTC, GO and MiWay interchange. Riders coming in from Milton or Mississauga often meet the car here instead of at home.

Toronto Congress Centre

Dixon Road. Delegates fly out the same evening, so the pickup is timed to the closing session, not the hotel checkout.

Dixon Road Airport Hotels

The Etobicoke hotel cluster used for overnight layovers. A 4 a.m. lobby pickup here is the shortest run on this page.

Cloverdale Mall

Dundas and the 427. A standard meeting point for group bookings that need one pickup instead of five.

Centennial Park

Renforth and Rathburn. Tournament and event groups travel in sprinter vans rather than sedans.

Sam Smith and Humber Bay Parks

Waterfront event and wedding pickups in the south end, where parking is limited and the car waits at the marked lot entrance.

Old Mill

Bloor and the Humber. Wedding and anniversary work, usually a stretch limo rather than a sedan.

Before you book

The Questions Etobicoke Riders Actually Ask

Is YYZ Airport Taxi Limo licensed and insured?

Yes — every vehicle in the fleet is licensed and carries full commercial insurance, at the standard Pearson requires for passenger pickup. The licence number and issuing body are [CONFIRM] and the commercial liability amount is [CONFIRM: $X million]. Ask for both when you book; a company that will not give you either is not one to put your family in.

Will you track my flight, and what if it is delayed?

Yes — add your flight number at booking and the pickup time follows the airline’s live data. If the flight lands 40 minutes early the chauffeur is already working to the new time; if it sits on the tarmac, the car waits rather than leaving. Free waiting time is included on airport pickups, so a slow bag belt does not start a meter. The exact free window is [CONFIRM: X minutes after landing].

Is the flat rate actually flat — HST, tolls, tip, parking?

The quoted rate is fixed before dispatch and does not move with traffic, weather or the time of night. Ontario HST of 13% applies on top. Airport parking and toll treatment are [CONFIRM: included / added at cost], and gratuity is [CONFIRM: included / discretionary]. Extra stops, waiting beyond the free window and a vehicle upgrade are the only things that change the number, and each is quoted before you agree to it.

Are child seats really installed, or do I fit them myself?

Infant, toddler and booster seats are options inside the booking form and the seat is fitted in the vehicle before the car reaches you. Cost: [CONFIRM: free / $X per seat]. Say how many and which type at booking rather than on the day — an Alderwood pickup at 4 a.m. is not the moment to discover the car has one booster and you needed two.

Can I pay by card, and do you take a deposit?

[CONFIRM: accepted payment methods and deposit policy]. Corporate riders travelling out of the Islington and Bloor office towers can be invoiced for expense reports rather than paying at the door.

How early should I leave Etobicoke for a 6 a.m. flight in January?

Work back from the airline’s cut-off, not from the drive. The Etobicoke leg is short even in snow, but Pearson’s check-in and security queues at 4 a.m. are not, and the airline closes bag drop well before departure. Give us your flight number and the pickup is set from the flight rather than from a guess; for winter departures the extra buffer is built in automatically.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is an Etobicoke airport taxi to Pearson?

The fare is a flat rate quoted before you book, starting from [CONFIRM: $XX] for a sedan plus 13% HST. It depends on your exact Etobicoke pickup address and the vehicle you choose — a Rexdale pickup near Highway 27 is a shorter run than one from Long Branch. The rate does not change for traffic on the 427, snow, or a 4 a.m. departure. Call +1 226 237 8989 or use the fare estimate tool.

How long does it take to get from Etobicoke to Pearson Airport?

[CONFIRM: 15–20 minutes] for most Etobicoke pickups, using Highway 427 into Highway 409 for Terminal 1, or Highway 27 and Dixon Road from Rexdale. Etobicoke is the closest Toronto district to the airport. South Etobicoke — Long Branch, New Toronto, Alderwood — runs longer, because the trip starts at Lake Shore Boulevard West and works north to the 427.

Do you pick up from Terminal 1 and Terminal 3?

Both. Departures are dropped curbside on the departures level of whichever terminal your airline uses; arrivals are collected from the airport’s designated commercial vehicle area, with meet and greet inside the terminal available as an option. Give us the flight number and the terminal is handled for you — arriving passengers regularly get the terminal wrong.

Is the TTC 900 Airport Rocket cheaper than a taxi from Etobicoke?

Yes, for one person with one bag. The 900 Airport Rocket runs between Kipling Station and Pearson for a single TTC fare, and if you live near Kipling, Islington or Royal York and travel light, take it. A private car wins on two or more passengers, real luggage, a departure before the subway opens, or a January morning when you would rather not stand at a bus bay. UP Express has no Etobicoke station — its stops are Union, Bloor, Weston and Pearson.

Can you install child seats for an early-morning flight?

Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are selected in the booking form and fitted in the vehicle before it reaches your door, so a 4 a.m. pickup in Alderwood or Markland Wood does not start with a car seat being wrestled into place on the driveway. Cost: [CONFIRM: free / $X per seat]. Tell us how many and which type when you book.

Do you serve the Dixon Road airport hotels?

Yes — the Dixon Road hotel cluster sits inside Etobicoke and is one of the shortest runs on this page. Overnight-layover guests and 4 a.m. lobby pickups are routine, and the same flat rate and free-waiting policy apply as for a residential pickup.

Do you charge extra for the 407 ETR?

A standard Etobicoke-to-Pearson trip does not touch the 407 — the corridor runs north of Etobicoke and the route is Highway 427 into Highway 409. Where a booking does use it, the toll policy is [CONFIRM: included / billed at cost / avoided]. Ontario HST of 13% applies to every fare.

Do you cover the rest of the GTA from Etobicoke?

Yes. The same fleet and flat-rate model runs from neighbouring cities — see Mississauga airport taxi, Brampton airport taxi and Oakville airport limo. Long-distance and cross-border runs to Niagara Falls and Buffalo are booked the same way.
