- Additional Stops During Your Airport Transfer
For any additional stops requested during your airport taxi, airport limo, or chauffeur service, charges will be calculated based on travel distance and waiting time.
Minimum Additional Stop Fees:
Sedan Services: $15 per stop
SUV Limousine Services: $25 per stop
Multiple Airport Terminal Drop-Offs
A nominal fee of $10 per additional terminal will apply to cover extra driving time and mileage within the airport.
- Highway Tolls & Road Charges
All applicable toll fees, including Highway 407 ETR toll charges, express toll routes, and other road usage fees, will be added to the final invoice after the completion of your transfer.
- Lost & Found Policy
YYZ Airport Taxi Limo is not responsible for personal belongings, luggage, electronics, passports, or other valuables left inside the vehicle.
If a lost item is recovered:
Clients may arrange collection from our nearest office location.
Delivery or return service may be available at an additional transportation charge.
Return delivery is subject to driver availability and cannot be guaranteed.
We recommend checking the vehicle thoroughly before exiting.
- Reservation & Payment Policy
To confirm and secure your airport transportation booking, a valid credit card is required at the time of reservation.

For cash bookings, the remaining balance must be paid directly to the chauffeur before the trip begins.
- Vehicle Capacity & Luggage Allowance
For safety, comfort, and compliance with transportation regulations, passenger and luggage limits must be observed.

If your group exceeds the passenger or luggage limits, an additional vehicle must be reserved.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand travel plans can change. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Refund Eligibility
More than 8 hours before pickup: Full refund.
Less than 8 hours before pickup: Full fare, taxes, and gratuities will be charged.
No-Show Reservations: Full fare, taxes, and gratuities will apply.
All Changes in booking, are to be made 24 hours in advance, or a 20% rescheduling fee will apply.
This policy applies to all airport transfers, corporate transportation, long-distance rides, and chauffeur bookings. If the pick-up time is within 12 hours of your reservation, call us to get immediate service.

- Waiting Time Charges for Local & Long-Distance Transfers
We provide a complimentary 15-minute grace period for all scheduled pickups.
After the grace period, waiting time charges will apply as follows:

To accommodate flight delays and airport processing times, complimentary waiting time is provided for all airport arrivals.
Complimentary Airport Waiting Time
Domestic Flights: 60 Minutes Free Waiting Time
International Flights: 60 Minutes Free Waiting Time
The grace period begins from the actual flight landing time as recorded by airport flight tracking systems.
Additional Airport Waiting Charges
After the complimentary waiting period expires, waiting time will be charged at: $60 per hour
